It involves determining the roles, responsibilities, decision makers, systems, processes, budget controls and critical working relationships to save time and increase profitability and customer service.
What I do
After deep dive questioning, I design, redesign and tweak existing structures to link to the future needs of the business. I always aim to focus on building the talent and potential of people, provide opportunities (or paths) to promotions and improve communication workflow, reduce bureaucracy through decision-making frameworks and increase the ease of doing your job through identifying systems.
