As a facilitator I'll design, guide and manages a creativity designed and well-timed session to problem solve strategic topics (starting with a 'How might we' statement).
I create tailor made sessions from my vast experience, applying this to the industry, team dynamics and solutions you are seeking. I make the sessions efficient, creative and lots of fun involving everyone's valued input to drive the best results.
What I do
I use my design skills to avoid collaboration chaos and, instead, create a safe and productive environment to bring people together to solve complex problems achieving a common goal in a short amount of time.
