As a highly commercial Non-Executive Director and Consultant at the Board level, I am driven by curiosity and unafraid to question or challenge conventional thinking. My approach provides strategic foresight to anticipate potential issues, connecting the dots, identifying patterns, and drawing meaning from trends. Once strategic direction is established, I coach leadership teams to foster cultural change and make people-focused decisions that cultivate a more cohesive and effective work environment. My Background
With an award-winning career spanning 20 years in Human Resources and Learning, I am also a qualified Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Coach. My primary focus is on Strategy, Culture, and Leadership, alongside my role as a Non-Executive Director.
My experience covers a wide range of global industries, including travel, leisure, financial services, healthcare, publishing, and theme park entertainment at the Board level. I have also supported not-for-profits, including the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship in Jamaica, founded by Richard Branson of the Virgin Group.
I now work primarily with start-ups and highly commercial entrepreneurial businesses, leveraging my experience to drive growth and strategic clarity in dynamic environments.
